Privacy policy

This policy describes how the C-UAS Marketplace (“the Marketplace”), operated by JIATF 401, collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use the platform. By using the Marketplace you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information. Identity and organization details you provide when registering or being invited, managed through our identity provider.
• Usage information. Technical data such as log entries and actions taken within the platform, used to operate and secure the service.
• Content you submit. Information you enter as part of vendor profiles, product listings, orders, and related workflows.

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Marketplace, authenticate users, facilitate procurement workflows, communicate with you about your account and activity, secure the platform, and meet legal and operational obligations.

The Marketplace uses session cookies and tokens that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep you signed in. These are not used for advertising. Disabling them will prevent you from using authenticated areas of the platform.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized U.S. government personnel and with service providers acting on our behalf, and may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
